Because many of our products are energetically charged, handmade, or sourced from third-party artisans, our return policy is designed to honor both the integrity of the work and your experience as a customer.

🛍️ 🚚 Shipping Costs & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To request a return, email us at Jjennyflores@yahoo.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items include:

Opened or used oils

Burned candles

Custom spiritual items

Digital downloads

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, or postal service disruptions
